2025.22.01 Apple Music login error for one driver only

Since update to 2025.22.01 as far as I can tell since this is my wife’s car, my driver profile got locked out of my personal Apple Music subscription and I cannot log back in. See photo for error. I have done an infotainment reset and get the same error over and over. The other driver profiles are logged in to their own Apple Music accounts and continue to work fine. Never had this happen before. Opened a ticket with Rivian.

Rivian scheduled me for mobile service this Wednesday. It looks like they want to see the problem first hand. I encourage you to file a ticket about this so they know there are others with the same problem.
There’s also some campaign to tighten bolts they are addressing in the same visit.

I was listening to Apple Music yesterday. Today Apple Music asked me to re-log in to my Apple account, and when I do, the screen says subscription not found.

Yep. Sorry bud. Mobile service looked at it and said there’s no current fix but appears to be known. I’d recommend filing a ticket.

I tried 10 times with my phone over a couple days--no go. Then I brought my Mac with a wifi connection out and manually entered the URL and code...presto. I would recommend trying different device.

Try using the "Try different Apple Account" link above the QR code. I had the same issue and this corrected it.

Tried my wife’s account and it didn’t work. It was a different error.

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? I am having the same issue and I idon'thave another apple music account to log into. I am the primary driver and the only one with an apple music account so I don't know why it is saying account not found...???

Nope. Someone else suggested logging in from a laptop to resolve but I’ve not yet tried this.

The last, currently being sent out, update, 2025.26.##, has a fix for something similar if not the same issue.
The overnight update fixed this for me. I had to do it twice. First time if failed, then I clicked "Sign in as another user", or something to that effect. Used my same account login and it's now working.

The overnight update earlier this week did not fix the issue for me. Logging in with a laptop did not either. BUT I did what someone above suggested and hit “log in with a different user id” or something of that nature, used the exact same login credentials, and it worked. My Apple Music is back! Thanks for the suggestion!

You can use the same account but with a different device--MacBook or iPad. This worked for me.
