3 hour wait time for texting Rivian

3 hour wait time ? I can remember when I used to be able to talk to someone at Rivian. Maybe a good sign that they have been selling more vehicles? ?

I usually have better luck calling in. If you do that you can also use the "call back" function.

I just tried it and it said I was 76th in line (worse), but my wait is only 1 hour (much better).

Be lucky they’re getting you in and not creating brand new policy at the regional service center level, to move the goalposts on you. Only for you to complain to Corp and be promised calls back for multiple weeks.

I had to chat with service today and it was actually pretty quick. If you’re just calling CS in general - yes, lines can be tough. That said, I was an early Tesla adopter and it was never this bad in the early days. There are what, 45,000 R1 family trucks out there?
