Soft reset fixed this and the media control buttons on the left steering wheel.
Yep, but it comes back. From my layman's perspective, the "bad code" in 39.1 eventually rears it's head again when the conditions necessary present themselves again.

Installed the .1 last night and I'm yet another with a nonfunctional air compressor. Haven't tested too many things, but kneel mode is handy.

Thanks. I'm wondering if my pending 39.1 will block me from getting the 39.3 until I install it (39.1).
I'm going to assume that my pending 39.1 update on the truck is blocking (or will be blocking) me from getting the 39.3 update.

If anyone else is is in the same situation, I'm going to bite the bullet and install the 39.1 update. I'll update here on how long it takes for the 39.3 update to appear. Wish me luck.

Well if you have not initiated this update you may want to hold off - mine failed about 3/4 of the way through.... now all sensors are offline - no Driver+ features.... all of them are disabled in settings and cannot turn back on. Waiting for guidance on next step from service - sleep cycle did not help.

but hey - my compressor appears to have power and I have kneel mode now....
Service called back - gotta send the truck to the SC 3 hours away. Best way to describe it is they think the sensor control modules are bricked.... not sure which one. Have to manually re-flash each module, if that does not work, replace them. Everything worked perfectly 24 hours ago...

Dang that sux.

Had to get my XMM replaced early in my ownership. Just FYI, they have to get special permission from their central engineering to ship out those components. So be ready for some additional frustration if the reflash doesn’t fix them, they’ll then have to wait for the parts because they can’t pre-order them. This was my experience and it may have changed, but it seemed to be based on limited parts that they didn’t want techs just swapping out for fun.

Hoping the reflash, while painful, will be all you need.

Here's my update. The 39.1 update finished so now I'll wait for the 39.3 update. BTW, didn't have any problems with 39.1.

Was there any confirmation of it being software related
That is probably the patched 39.1 that will fix all of our compressors!
I spoke with Cust Service today, no fix yet but one coming S00N. Curious as to what 39.3 is...no one has posted release notes.

Release notes are identical to .1, so unnamed bug squashes (though presumably not the one we want). So, seems like we're waiting for something after .3.

Sounds like those of us who have functioning compressors will stay on .1 rather than get .3.

I’d be curious to know what configuration triggered the problem.

Anyone else notice a bug where the charging door could open even when the truck was in car wash mode?
I noticed iced this yesterday and submitted a ticket for it.

Might not be related or not but I've hit a few other bugs after this 39.1

The audio in the truck got messed up at one point, almost like it was only playing out of the subwoofer or something weird. Even thought for a second it was playing the main audio on the external pedestrian speakers.

Driving home, the camera above the rear view mirror failed and I'm assuming rebooted. Got an error message that it was unavailable and then it came back.

Rear passenger window wouldn't roll up after rolling down. Reboots didn't help. Found someone posted a technique to fix it on Reddit and it worked. Oddly enough the window rolls up and down twice as fast as the other windows. It's much more "normal" now.

Not sure if I should do the "fix" on the other windows now or not

What was the fix? Strandard 5sec recalibration? All of my windows are painfully slow...
