I know positive posts are few and far between, but here goes anyway: Had a May SC appointment for a 7500 mile service, rotation and two recall items. I also needed an extra key fob paired. The Orlando SC called and moved my appointment UP 3 weeks! After a 130 mile drive, they took my R1T in immediately at 9AM. By noon it was completed, partially recharged and ready to drive home. Time passed quickly, having interesting conversations with a few of the techs, other customers who we waiting and particularly, the new(ish) Gen Manager...a straight shooter named Nick Horton. Refreshing candor. Overall, gotta’ say, the entire event was painless (except the drive home on I-4) The last 1% you ask? They could not re-pair my extra key fob…got it home to discover the battery was dead…I would have thought they would checked that low-hanging fruit. Overall, GREAT job Orlando!
