Hi, the trim around my a pillar fell while driving. Has anyone else had this happen? Temporary fix until Rivian can repair (1 month wait)?

I’ve been happy with the interior fit and finish until now. ?

That part is held on by spring clips. You should be able to just push it back into the hole as long as the clip is still there and not damaged.

In every vehicle I’ve ever had you can snap that piece in/out unless there is a broken clip or something blocking it. And you can buy replacement clips on Amazon if you know what type it is…

Had the same thing happen after about 2 months of ownership. A mobile appointment took care of the issue. The tech said that the clips that hold them in are a known issue. Hopefully they fixed the issue and or material. It has been 18 months since the repair and haven't had an issue since.

Thanks, good to know (thank you to others who responded as well). Nothing has worked to make it stay in place, the clips must have broke. I don't want to break anything so will wait for my appt. It's a little distracting with the trim piece floating in your face while driving lol, but I'll deal with it until they come to repair.
