Rivian is now selling the NACS adapter for $225 on the website. I asked when my free one would arrive (Jun 2024 delivery for my Rivian) They said a large batch has arrived and they expect to deliver them by Jan.

As I recall, most participants report shipping notice a bit more than a week after address confirmation, and they mostly report actual delivery about two weeks after address confirmation.

Getting mine via UPS this week and it a boring event. Already have 2 aftermarket adapters both under a recall that have worked successfully on a half dozen trips.

OEM is nice, but I keep 2 of every adapter as when you need to charge, you need to charge be it a home, 110V, campground, hotel dryer outlet, CCS fast charger or NACS charger (fast or destination).

Just entered purchase phase on R1T and order says adapter will be sent within a week after delivery.

December 2023 R1S delivery. Rivian notified me that the adapter shipped out last Friday November 15th. Should arrive on Monday according to UPS.

December 2023 delivery R1S. Receive my adapter today. It wasn’t packaged very well. The box had damage. No visible damage on the adapter itself, I hope it’s OK.
