The entire Gulf Coast is more or less a Rivian desert. There are no RANs. The only two Service Centers are 1,000 miles apart in Tampa and Houston. The deep south is very underserved by Rivian.

I'm still wondering why they seemed to have skipped the I-95 corridor for the most part with the exception of Belcamp, MD which isn't open yet. They have one in Newark, DE, and Pooler, GA.

This is a highly traveled route
There are a lot of highly traveled routes. The EA stations on that route seem to be pretty reliable based on what I'm seeing on plugshare. Last year we drove up from Jacksonville FL through Walterboro SC on EA in the Hummer without issue.

Rivian should be focused on areas that are underserved by 150kw+ stations if they are drive-across areas to get to more adventure type stuff. Stations aren't always going to be exactly where you need them to be, but on the whole the EV charging experience has gotten way better than it was before Rivian started.

Taken today, 10/6/2023 from Rivian's web site. My family and I are fans of beaches and the adventuring things you can do in coastal areas. But it seems there are no current, or planned, RAN locations in any coastal parts of the Central and Eastern parts of the United States. Anyone else find this curious?

Sloppy red highlighting is mine. I guess it's Savannah GA to charge or...nowhere.

Apparently, if you buy a Rivian, you MUST visit the Michigan beaches and only the Michigan beaches. Or you're not going back home!
Lots of RAN chargers along the west coast too

Looks like the mountains win the charger race in the east. Wish the New Mexico mountains got any chargers at all…ugh…state governments seem to favor certain companies.
