Advice on Gear Tunnel door dent

Was on a job worksite in WY, and I pulled in to close to a work truck that had a rusted bumper with sharp metal jutting out.

Sensors didn’t go off, but I underestimated the width on the back of the truck and it went right into my truck

Don’t feel too bad. I gave my passenger door a dent when I turned my push mower too fast when putting it away and the handle smacked the door. Just wasn’t thinking. ?‍.

I watched the video and might be able to do myself but it does not show how to remove the old PPF?

Like @twraps said, hair dryer helps. If you don't have a heat gun, it's worth the minimal investment. I got one for electrical work and it's been awesome for PPF and vinyl work on the truck.
