Yup! How much?

I dropped mine at the powder coating shop today, they wanted to poke around the truck and said they're dying to powder coat one. It's very tempting...
Listed for $300. How much are you paying to powder coat?

Not bad if they're in good shape and you are keeping original shine or going to rattle can.

$550 to powder coat, $116 to mount/balance. I snagged mine for $150 which made the powder coat worth it. I saw some others in good condition for $400 but didn't need good condition since they're getting sandblasted anyway.

Hey Riviot, I found another set of wheels. They are supposed to be from a 2012. I have a few pictures and the size is correct, 20X8X19.05. The seller has taken pictures of every number on the wheel and there is no part number 2363. There are other numbers but I have no idea if they are part numbers. Do you know where the part number would be. Can you tell from a picture of the wheel if it is the right one?

Stupid question probably - their load rating is 2200 lbs, the original is 2750, does it really matter ?
That's a very valid question which I think @909phillyman (thanks for the awesome pics btw!) answered well.
My main reason for looking at the OEM 20's is they are flow forged which should withstand abuse more. In my situation I won't have any offroad or heavy hauling abuse, but I've cracked 3 rims (all on my Navigator) on road trips on roads that had pot holes. So high speed impacts. I think the additional sidewall on these will be enough to mitigate most of that but this is a heavy vehicle so ?‍♂

FYI...here's the original post from Rivian Stories that I constantly referenced when searching for these wheels many months ago. Members there clearly illustrated what to look for and why other similar Ram wheels (not 2363) would not work. It's a long thread, but worth a look: https://s00n.rivianstories.com/posts/27424783

Also, as @Riviot said...those are NOT the proper wheels, and I can tell by the front pictures of the spokes.

@Riviot
Thread title says affordable winter wheel setup, but the Falken's, at least according to your Amazon link, say NON_WINTER.
I'm assuming the Michelin X-Ice ones you have crossed out in the OP would be the way to go if you want a true winter setup?
Or what is your experience (or others) with the Falkens for winter driving?
TIA

That's just a terrible Amazon description, ops normal, you can ignore it. I've found the Falkens have the best winter/wet reviews of any tires on here, other forums, and website reviews. Even the Amazon description says:

The WILDPEAK A/T3W is engineered for adventure, any time and in any weather. The A/T3W combines aggressive off-road ability and rugged terrain driving without compromise on the pavement. An optimized tread design combined with a silica tread compound enable the A/T3W to excel in three areas: wear, winter, and wet performance. Designed for severe snow conditions, every A/T3W tire is qualified by the Rubber Manufacturers Association for the Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) symbol.

Did a bit more searching but came up blank. Since I already posted in this topic, thought I would ask this group a follow up question. Please feel free to direct me to another thread let me know if I should ask this question on a new thread, or otherwise redirect as appropriate.

I am narrowing my winter tire decision. I am disinclined towards the OEM Pirelli Scorpions on 20's, as they appear to lack the ice traction that is most important to me. I am seriously looking at the Blazzak LT or the Nokian Hakkapeliita LT3's on 20's. The downside is that they are both heavier than the OEM tires. If I combine them with lighter forged wheels from EV Sportline, the total weight looks like it will be very similar, although the moment of inertia will be higher.

Does anyone have experience with the range difference between the tires I am considering and the factory tire/wheel combos? Is the lower rolling resistance of the winter tires more a factor than the higher rotational mass? My winter driving includes frequent long drives in which there are essentially no charging station enroute, so efficiency is important to me.

Bonus question...the Blizzaks or the Hakkapeliitas? Which is better? I already know which is easier to spell.

Thanks!

Well, I got half of my tires today. Simple Tire screwed up the pick on 2/4 tires. Saving instantly on Amazon may not be worth it, and applying for a tax exemption with Discount Tire Direct may be in order... Has anyone else had trouble with Simple Tire? The warehouse is 30 minutes from me, I wish I could just go down and swap instead of the wasted UPS drop off/pickup.

Have you watched the falken review video on tire rack?
