Update:
Rivian SC in Cleveland has been awesome. Got a loaner R1S which made me happy instead of dealing with Enterprise. Everything is under warranty and they are replacing the entire HV battery system. SC estimating a week to get max battery pack in and swap it with defective one. Keep you all posted…
