As a somewhat frequent critic of Rivian service and to play it fair I wanted to give a shout out to the great job that the Portland SC team (Jesus, Alex and I'm sure others) did a great job.

Service Done:

- Tail light issues
- Condensation in the rear lightbar
- Halfshaft washers
- Replacing rear glass/spoiler due to vandalism at the SC
- New suspension dampers all the way around
- Rear Halfshaft replacement
- External cladding below the PS gear tunnel (replacement)
- Truck recalibration back to 20" ATs
- Alignment (as a courtesy)
- Cross threaded nut in the bed side
- Bed Entrapment button fix

The Good:

- Friendly staff all around
- They got me in 2 weeks early due to the tail light issues
- Got my truck in and out in less than a week
- Got several check-in calls/texts during the week with status updates
- They covered all the repairs when some could have easily been a cost to me (Tire calibration, external cladding, bed entrapment, etc)
- They did a great job detailing the interior (due to glass cleanup)

The Not so good:

- Truck got vandalized first night in before they brought it into the shop
- Kia Sorrento rental was not at all to my liking but at least it had Apple CP

People have complained about various SC experiences. But I confirm Portland is top notch.

Can you elaborate on this? Mine is bulging after recent service but no functional change, I put a ticket in regardless.
I cut it a little close down a narrow trail, some tree jammed into the side and damaged it. Not the first time for me. Probably the last though after I get my sliders installed these should be mostly protected

What did they do to resolve the condensation in the light bar? Replace it?

Yes they replaced it. It had stopped working anyway, probably due to having condensation inside for months.
