No it wasn’t. It was obviously 888 but none of the rest of the digits were the same. On my iPhone it just came up as TOLL FREE CALL without showing the actual number. (I had to check the call log after to see the number which was different from the CS number you listed)Was it the 888-RIVIAN1 (888-748-4261) Customer Service number?
Not a peep here, either. Order date of 11/26/2018, order number of #1234 (for whatever that’s worth) and I live 4 miles from Bellevue SC. My guide keeps telling me that we are still good for Mar/April, but she swore we were good for November also.
Well that’s just not right! Have you called to ask why, request your guide text/call you? There must be one assigned. Oversight maybe?At least you have a guide contact! I too have a march/april window (2/19/2019 pre order date) and I have had no contact and no opportunity to see a vehicle in person.

Just curious, does your configuration show an increased price for you or your original price?FWIW - Received guide call, confirming my config (Launch Green black interior, 20” black tires, bed rack) and said vehicle “in process”, expect email regarding purp]chase agreement then another regarding financing, delivery, insurance. Expect delivery 5-6 weeks. Also received email saying the price increase will NOT impact my prior quoted price which will stand. I’m in NorCal, have done FirstLook test drive, no changes to config from start.
