I see these very infrequently, maybe 2 in the past ten years. I took this picture in Delaware when I went to an Ace Hardware store. He was getting a lot of lookers and questions.

I see 2-3 a year easily. Different ones, and if you count the Trump mobiles which I've seen far fewer of recently, it's easily 10-15 a year.
