Seems like ever since the latest update my vents are randomly redirecting themselves... I am now having to re-direct them from aiming at the floor every time I get in the car; very annoying!

I'm not sure I've noticed this exactly, but I do have to re-direct them after my kids screw with them all the time ?

One thing I have on my wishlist: A spot in the HVAC UI to save fan direction presets. When it's hottest, I try to get everything blasting directly into my face-hole. But when things are cooler, I generally point them elsewhere. And the settings differ completely when my wife drives, because I'm 6'2" and she's 5'1", so the fans move a lot.

Putting vents on the touch screen is dumb, my first choice would be to eliminate this "feature" entirely so we could have manually adjustable vents. Second-best would be some presets you can quickly cycle through to avoid the dangerous distraction of fiddling with them while rolling.

I found that they do not push air to the same location as they previously did, however I only had to slide the icon a little closer to the steering wheel to get the air where I wanted it.

Yeah, I agree, manual vent controls would be MUCH better

Either bring the vents back to manual or make the auto vents do something. What I mean by that is the vents should automatically redirect themselves on auto setting to maximize cooling when needed and heating when needed.

Since the vents are automatic it's only software to make a "turbo" cooling mode where all the fans work together to cool the cabin as fast as possible. Either they oscillate or some other modality to get the temperature to ideal levels as fast as possible. That would turn the auto vents from a quirky feature to an asset no one else has.

The only issue I have is adjusting them while on crappy SoCal roads. The pitfall of touchscreens.

Yes, I've said before that they should support multiple driver and passenger preset locations and also allow those to be selected via Alexa.

YES for presets, YES for oscillating vents!! I'm constantly hunting and swiping the vent controls while driving which is a big distraction. Also, the action to turn off the vent should be at a different point (maybe the actual vent rather than the sliding directional icon) because I often bump it accidentally over rough roads when I'm trying to dial in the direction. Oh, and option to keep that fan GUI page open all the time rather than auto-closing.

Yes. And there was an update last summer that did this too. To fix it simply click on the vent and turn it off and then click it and turn it back on. It then goes where you direct it.

To clarify, it's not so much that it won't aim where I want it, it's that it's aimed at the ground the next time I get back in the car.
