Not sure if this is your issue, but I found that I need to be holding the right half of the steering wheel with my right hand in order to trigger UHF, can't hold it with my left hand and use my right hand to trigger without it touching the wheel. I can do it with just my right hand alone, or with both hands on the wheel, but not with my left only. 100% consistent.

Incidentally, somebody mentioned green light signal, I never hear it, gen 2 2026. I wonder if it's connected to the driving directions which I have muted.

There’s definitely a Right-handed bias with Rivian driver monitoring.

It works fine on our Jan '25 build R1S. I have used it recently on both interstate and city streets. Let me know if you want me to do any specific testing.

Has the driver side mirror camera recall been completed on yours?
