Anyone know how to remove the door panel?

I was in the back of my wife's RS1 this week and saw that the window button had fallen down into the door. I guess I have to remove the panel to get to it. Anyone have experience with doing this? Any tips/tricks?

You can try this. My gen 1 front doors had one extra screw that he does not show or it does not have. The rest was the same. You mentioned the back, and this is a back door so maybe that's the difference. It was was easy to remove.
