I updated on iOS and don’t see the extra controls. I haven’t driven my R1T all day either but I don’t think that matters. Regardless, good to know we’ll have all those options soon.

I’m hoping dash cam capabilities come sooner than later.

EDIT: also glad the nagging upon launch to allow “always” location access has gone away.

I share an energy bill with my tenant and was tracking the charge history. I'll be SUPER disappointed if this information is no longer available!!!!!!!!

My truck is awake right now so can't test that, but I can still turn on cabin climate the same as before. I was kind of hoping for remote seats/steering wheel heaters but maybe that will happen when the truck OTA comes. Would be a bummer to wait until another update.

Yep, it would be great to have Remote Climate settings in the car for when you turn it on what temp you want? What setting for the seats? What seats? And steering wheel? My Volvo does this so when it hits a certain temp and you get in the car these go on OR when you are doing a Remote Climitize.

Well, they may have fixed a few bugs, but now I don't have the "Wake up" or "Climate" cabin pre-heat feature in my Android app. Anyone else having problems? Updated and fully restarted my phone, but that didn't help.

Pretty sure the truck needs the update first...that's how it worked last time when they added the 3 current controls for windows, frunk, alarm.

after the app updated my climate controls actually work now when before it would always fail.... I'm running a Motorola edge+ with the latest android OS

I did the rivian app upgrade this morning from 1.8 to 1.9. After the download I restarted my iphone. I checked my iphone and it now shows that it has the 1.9 software loaded. I'm MOST interested in turning on the heated seats and steering wheel that are part of the upgrade. I've looked all over the app but can't find where to turn this feature on.
Can someone help?

With the Rivian mobile app version 1.9 or later, you have remote cabin preconditioning controls so you can remotely prepare the cabin climate for travel in cold weather:

• Heat the front and second-row seats.
• Heat the steering wheel.
• Turn on defrost. (This option is available after you turned on the cabin climate from the Rivian mobile app.)

okay! my R1T says it has version 2022.43.2. is there something newer than this? if so, where do I get it and how to download?
