App can't control anything anymore (can see status though)

I lost PAAK functionality a few hours ago. App can see R1T status but can't control anything (lock/unlock,...)
Is this an issue with the cloud?
I did reset the truck and the phone but no luck

I believe PAAK works offline over Bluetooth, but the app remote features (door unlock, climate, etc) require internet, so it could be an issue with the server, network, or the vehicle itself.

I can connect to the vehicle with my app. Try force closing the app or rebooting your phone.

I rebooted everything and even dejected the app and now I can’t set up the phone as a key. Support is looking into it

i can’t get the FOb to work as proximity approch either so I think something else is wrong. Maybe a fuse

got it all reset by customer service
Phone as key is now good. And it is needed to actually use the control functions. Seems bizarre as you could not use another phone with Rivian app to open your truck
