I sent an email to Rivian customer service months ago asking for notifications to be added to the mobile app (charging started, stopped, completed, etc). I finally received a response stating that the app already sends notifications for those...but it does not. I just chatted with Rivian support who told me the app does not support notifications still, but they might add that eventually.
Honestly, how are notifications still missing from the app? That seems like a big oversight, right?
