That's up to each app, but in general, there are two main reasons for "always" location. One is to help you, like mapping apps, the Rivian app to know where you are relative to the car, and even little things like a credit card app I have that tells me which card is best for my location. The other unfortunately is to sell you shit and send you ads. Each app developer has to spell some of that out in the Apple app store.With Always Access, is my location continuously being transmitted to anyone?
