App - Vehicle/Interior Info

There was something odd I noticed today due to someone posting the vehicle info from their app.

For their 2023 R1T it said their interior was Black Mountain + Dark Ash.

My 2022 R1T says that my interior is just Black Mountain, but clearly I have the Dark Ash as well.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I don’t believe any MY22 trucks were delivered with the different finish options besides wood. Makes sense that MY23-on would display that option since it’s ostensibly shipping this year. Haven’t seen one in the wild, yet.

My ‘22 says black mountain + dark ash and was built and delivered before wood was optional.

My May 2022 Forest Edge / warm ash wood interior was delivered with a black mountain / dark ash steering wheel. Does that count? Lol.

They switched it out about a month later once it arrived in stock.

Well, there it is. I had never bothered to check the app before, and mine indeed calls out both. Although there aren’t enough characters, and it almost says Dark Ass.

It literally says Interior Color Ocean Cost + Dark As…

Depends on how early your ‘22 delivery was. Before they announced the other dash or after.
