Have any of you had this issue? Ever since the 2025.06.01 update, I can no longer even look at my Apple Music library. This happens when connected to Wifi or LTE. I can select any of the Library sub options but I still get “Error Loading Library” All other sections of Apple Music work just fine. I can see all content under Home, Browse, or Radio. I just can’t get anything under Library.

I’ve got a support ticket in but Rivian can’t do a service center visit until Apr 28.

Mine did the same and I fixed it by signing out of Apple Music in the Rivian, then signed back in (QR code, etc.). Since then it has been working fine again..

Mine did the same and I fixed it by signing out of Apple Music in the Rivian, then signed back in (QR code, etc.). Since then it has been working fine again..
This is the way.

Yep, I’ve been having this problem (seems to return about every couple of days). The first time a soft reset seemed to resolve it. When it came back I tried the soft reset and it didn’t resolve it. I tried logout and login and that did it. The next time it happened I tried soft, then hard, and then soft and logout and login. The 3rd time I skipped straight to logout and login and that solved it. It’s happened about that many times since 06.30 (Gen2 for me).

On our Gen1 it logged me out (not by my doing it) and it’s hard locked me out with this message after I attempt a login. I’ve tried soft resets, hard resets, and when I called support they said that it needs a service visit to resolve.

Ugh. I don't drive every day so I can't say it's been used a bunch since, but that was about 2 weeks ago I did that 🤞 Classic Rivian update fallout!

These issues are related. Immediately after the latest OTA update, the first thing I noticed was that I lost the ability to "favorite" songs, then when I tried to load my library got the message described above. Logging out and back in resolved both items, and I had some similar mishap with TuneIn so I just logged out of that and Spotify too, just to cover all my bases. Everything is now working as expected 👍

Had issues with my Apple Music account when used on the Rivian. Tried everything, dumped my Apple account. Spotify works flawless.
Also have issues with the Rivian Google Cast, plays audio but no video. Tried everything there too.
Lastly my connection with ATT and Rivian is worthless, always says bad or no connection when I have 3 to 4 bars 5G with Verizon on my iphone.
I'll give Rivian till the end of our media contract to make this all user friendly. So far I feel I have wasted my money with the Rivian media upgrade and the ATT service.

Rumor has it the next update will support large libraries. I'm not an apple guy, so interpret however you want. But, at least they are working on it.

I had the “no music” issue a few months ago. Solved it by logging out/logging back in.

Only issue I’ve had since is a delayed refresh of songs from my library. I’ll add or delete music, and it either doesn’t show up for days (add), or shows up when I “shuffle play all” (delete).

Other than that…all fine.
