My Glacier White R1T has been parked in the same location at the Atlanta SC since last Thursday after having missing wheel well fasteners replaced, and driver door gasket glued down properly. Wind noise "within specs"...finally reached out to them on Monday, and they said all work was completed and they have sent out 10 bids for flatbed transport back to me about 100 miles away. Said it would take 24-48 hours to get a transport scheduled. And, told progress should show up on my Rivian phone app. Unfortunately, app just says service in progress, and location of vehicle unchanged. Going to reach out to them again today to see what is happening...may need to drive up and get it myself.

On my way to Atlanta SC....they are also going to wash it, charge it, and update the software! No more worrying about damage from a flatbed transport. Last week, the transport guy was a day late, and couldn't even pronounce Rivian correctly ("RaVane"), very unlike the initial delivery person that works for Rivian..

Just stopped by the Atlanta Service Center and wanted to share my overall good experience.

Rolled up around 2p after having driven 4 hrs+ back from Savannah with my wide and youngest (of three). We needed to stop and at least SEE one truck before I purchased one.

The team inside was very accommodating and offered to walk me around the tester they had out front (launch green, BM and ATs). I didn't really have any questions because of, you know, this forum. But my wife had a few questions answered and we got to sit in the truck, push buttons, play with UI, etc.

They had Black, white, la silver, launch green, red, blue, El Cap and Limestone in the parking lot. Only two odd ones out forest and yellow. My wife and I came away really impressed with Limestone and I have now swapped my config. Of all the colors this looks to me the least like the configurator. Also had a truck with a forest interior, which is WAY less green in person.

After that, my 9mo old had a massive poop (in his diaper) and barfed on the rug inside the service center . Not sure how far this is going to push me down the line...

Anyway the guys inside were super nice and seemed impressed by my 8/20 reservation and that I lived so close to them. If I had chosen the "right" config I would have had it months ago. Whomp.

They were also surprised I had never been offered a first mile drive, and took my info. Maybe it will speed things along? Though with the barf incident I wouldn't count on it.
This is awesome! Did you have some kind of appointment or can you just kind of show up, walk in and speak to someone? Would love to just see one in person and sit inside of it.

I just walked up and said hello. There was no gate or anything around the parking lot, so worst case you get to look through the windows of some and see the colors in person.

Mine heads off to the Atlanta SC tomorrow afternoon. Nothing super critical but knowing they would take it away from me I made a long list of everything I could find. I miss it already ?
