These are really interesting... I look forward to someone's real world installation and review.

The EVBase isn't available anymore, the link shows it doesn't exist.

Anyone install these running boards? It looks like a good option.
Good morning, yes I have with very little instructions coming out of china on how to install,1 you tube video showing them working but nothing else.

They are installed and working on my Rivian R1T. The wiring harness is located on the front right passenger side kick plate. Also the wires for voltage are located in the frunk.

My wife has been complaining about the R1 height. Keep in mind she's the same person that complained the 911 was too low. There's been a lot of "encouragement" for me to get a running board. I'm not that interested but I know where this is going. IMHO, I would stick to the fixed RBs and reduce future complexity. The other issue for me has been the clearance lost. So, still looking for a fixed RB that is flush, or close to it, and doesn't have rust/shipping issues.

I'd be interested in these if they tucked better they seem to take up a lot of ground clearance when retracted. I get the knocking stuff off your boots or grabbing stuff off the roof rack use cases ( Why I'm interested) but I really don't get the "I need these to get in" thing unless you have a physical challenge of some type. My kid is 5 and probably the smallest kid in her class and she has 0 trouble getting in at standard height. I turned off kneel mode after a week, am I missing something?
