Baking Cookies in a Rivian

I do it every year on the hottest day of the year and with Today Index at 113F its perfect time. This year is the first year there is in cabin protection (last year I think it just rolled out) but lets see when it kicks in, definitely will put a damper on things.

Don't assume I'm complaining. I like heat, and even when it's a bit much, I remember that you have to live with snow and ice. Then I just smile and enjoy the heat.
