For me, while it's not unique to the Rivian, it's the simplicity and efficiency of EV life. I love just getting in and going and never having to worry about gas.
But also, it is arguably the best drive/ride I've ever experienced. It's just a solid truck and I love it.

I would say the Gear Tunnel, because it's so different and novel, and while I use it a lot, I have to say the best thing about my R1T is the versatility. I can drop it in sport mode for a swift 'jaunt' around on the freeways, and then pump it up in off-road mode 30 seconds after leaving the freeway and hit rocks and bumps that might make a standard truck think twice. It handles great in snow and mud both, and lets me do all the crap that I really want to do for fun, while still allowing me a functional 'truck' for projects and such.

Favorite feature is the auto kneel mode ride height adjustments with park. Another feature I accidentally discovered was, even if you forget to close the charge port door once you put car in Drive it auto closes it…
