Aren't people at all concerned with the reliability of the electronic door releases in the event of an emergency and low voltage failure? I'd hate to be in that 3rd row and have to get everyone out thru the front doors in a fire type emergency and the only doors with an accessible release are the front 2. Maybe I am missing something?Face transplants are expensive.
Only true of the front doors. Rear door has the manual release under the panel behind the carveout behind the button.
Cost savings here was switching to electronic child locks. Which are sort of an upgrade over manual locks? Hiding the release was to make the electronic child locks effective.
