Black screen when changing between screens or "apps"?

Do you guys get a blank screen when change from one screen to another. (From radio to nave to mode selection etc) It may get somewhat better when you have open that app (screen) previously, but if you haven't there seems to be a 5-10 seconds of a black screen in order to display the content. Have you guys experiencing the same thing?

I have seen this after each OTA update, seems like it is generating and caching them on initial access. In my experience once I have opened them all the response is pretty decent.

It started happening after an update a few updates ago. When I first got the truck, the screen changing was really fast. It has gotten slower when switching screens, with a black screen while loading. I think I noticed it first after the dashcam update.

I noticed mine doing the same thing after the dashcam update.

Mine seems to do it mostly when I go from nav to suspension or vehicle settings. Sometimes the screen is black for 10 seconds. That's a really long time for infotainment to have to think about things in 2023...

I've been experiencing this myself since the most recent update. Never had it happen before.

I've noticed the same, though never 10 seconds. Usually happens when going from either nav or music to drive modes. Agree it stinks, those are my acceleration seconds and waiting to go into sport mode feels bad man.

Yes. Sometimes a very laggy blank screen. Something is weighing it down that needs to be addressed.

I've seen it this too usually after the truck has been in a deep sleep. I've attributed this to the app just needing to load and it typically only happens the first time...after it's pretty quick.

I’ve had some weird screen glitches sometimes when switching apps, the screen just goes black for a second. Even got a white screen once. A restart helps a bit, but not always. Anyone else dealing with this?
