You didn't loan your Rivian to Kim Java did you?
Seriously though, it's pretty clear that the glass roof has some issues - not saying it's everyone, but there's been more than a few of these no-impact cracks that have been reported and Rivian plays hardball when you try and get it fixed under warranty.
