With the opening of the new Burbank service center, repair load has been relieved off of El Segundo and now the first available appointment has been reduced from over 12 weeks to only 9 weeks
2 month wait for service is still bad. I hope they improve QA and add a couple more SoCal Service Centers, and fix things right the first time. All of these are at the root of the service backup.
3 week waits aren’t a good ownership experience, 9 weeks is abysmal.
