Camp speaker not recognized?

Hello,
When my speaker is docked the ststus page only shows it as a generic accessory. Upon further investigation, on the forum, I found pictures showing it as a camp speaker with battery level. During a recent service call I added this issue. The tech replaced the speaker latch and confirmed it was charging but kept on insisting that the os does not have speaker ststus showing. Im on 19.06 What am I missing here?

It used to show the charging status and battery level. On my truck, it seems to have disappeared sometime in the last year (I've had the truck for >2y). It seems like it isn't charging the speaker anymore, but I don't have a way to confirm as it doesn't show the battery level. I filed a ticket many months ago, but the mobile tech didn't have any answers/solution.

I believe the truck knows it's the speaker because it shows a picture of the speaker in the dock. I miss the battery level ?

Battery level has always been really random. Just because you don't see it now doesn't mean you won't see it later...

My R1S is the same - It knows the speaker is there but not the battery status. I did learn something from this thread though (so thank you). If you click on the "Learn More" button you get a really nice pictorial view of the camp speaker instructions:
