Can I only get an alignment at a service center?

New R1S needed alignment (pulling right, like most + ping-pong in Driver+). SC did a road test with me, confirmed they could fix, and proceeded to do great job.

Consensus is anyone can do an alignment. I would call around Slidell or you can send to the service center. Someone on the forum posted instructions on alignments.

Great post. Did Rivian ever explain how the alignment could be so off with so little time in between alignments?
