A fridge uses very little power. "Small appliances" means nothing. My air fryer uses over 1500w and the spice grinder is like 30w. I also suspect that the total vehicle load capacity is under 1500, or so limited that you can't go over at all for any amount of time.

The 120V outlets are AC. They require an inverter to convert from the battery's DC output to AC. Both outlets are connected to the same inverter, and that inverter maxes out at 1500W total.

The 12V outlets and USB-C are all DC. They're connected to your low voltage system and the 12V in the frunk. They also have power limitations but they're not related to your AC outlets.

Doesn't a refrigerator draw a lot more power when the compressor starts?

Thanks in advance for accurate information!

Great, if I want to keep 12v on when camping, how do I do that. Use outlet timer?

Thank you.
During a 5 day power outage, I was able to power my Samsung refrigerator, a small fridge, internet router and a couple of small fans with no problem. I started with 90% battery and after 5 days I still had 44% battery left. I still had to leave the house due to extreme heat but kept my food safe from spoiling.
