Carwash Feature issues

Anyone experiencing issues with the car wash feature? I go into "car wash" mode, touch the brake when the attendant & shift to neutral.....the equipment attempts to starting moving the truck into the wash & it locks up. I then brake again, slide in neutral & most the time it works from there. Didn't this evening & guy had to stop the wash (not the first time at all), re-engage neutral & it rolls free finally.

Yeah, I had this happen to me this past weekend. It didn't initially release the brake hold. Never had that problem before.

I admit I have avoided these kinds of washes since I got my T because I don’t want to deal with this kind of stuff. I’ve been using the “Laserwash” that moves around the truck while it’s parked in the wash stall.

Same happened to me once after the update, but it’s been fine for the last couple of washes.

yep had same thing happen (on a loaner R1T)

Don't use the brake. Take your foot off of the accelerator. Vehicle will slow / stop. Then place vehicle in neutral.
