Surprised this hasn't been posted about yet. From the FB post. It's under construction now.

Soon there will be 3 fast charging options (Tesla at the skate rink, EA in the muni lot by westin and the RAN). Too bad they are all within about a mile and no one built anything at say canyon or main lodge... I would imagine that would be useful for winter visitors.

I'm actually a bit torn about EA location... that lot is small and (was) the most reliable way to get parking near the north village. My prediction is the EA spots will frequently get ICEd... hope I'm wrong.

Universal fast DC electric vehicle chargers are coming to Mammoth Lakes. The installation process began this week at the public Hillside parking lot near the Westin. A portion of the lot has been closed, temporarily, to facilitate the installation of these eight new EV chargers by Electrify America.
Once complete, these chargers will be available for public use via the Electrify America app.
If you are headed to the Village, please note that there will be limited parking at this lot for the next few weeks. During construction approximately 10-15 spaces will remain available to the public.

Having some L2 options in any of the resort parking lots would be nice as well. I mean if you're skiing or riding the whole day, might as well charge and not worry too much about overage fees. A lot of Colorado resorts will have L2. They don't even have to go all out and install a charger, just give us some NEMA 14-50s.

Update on the RAN in Mammoth: looks ready to come online any day now.

Turns out it’s located adjacent to the Good Life Cafe just off Tavern Rd/Old Mammoth Rd.

Four covered spots! Sure will be nice during storms like they just had up here.

Still not open. Pretty sure those covered spots are the roof/parking that collapsed during the big winter '23. Hope it's more sturdily built now!
