FWIW… I BELIEVE I have resolved my issue on this front. I did TWO things… First off I am using a Lectron Adapter.. I got some compressed air and blew out both sides of the adapter, the Tesla plug and the vehicle socket all really well… That seemed to have resolved the issue, HOWEVER I also submitted a trouble ticket with Lectron who asked me to send photos of the adapter sockets and they immediately upon receipt indicated they would replace my unit… I am wondering if there has been a issue before and they have since done an upgrade to resolve (design flaw?) at any rate, new one is working flawlessly (so far..) Note that my adapter was well less than a year old And purchased through Amazon.
