Agree. I also wonder if a some of the backlog is due to non-emergency issues. I don't mind waiting >3 months to get a loose trim piece fixed. If I had a 12v issue causing the car to be stuck, I would like immediate help. My experience with our SC has been great. I did have a 12v battery issue on a Monday and they sent a mobile tech to fix it the next day. I wish the CX was the same for everyone and every SC.Maybe there’s a happy medium between “I must have [random thing] in two hours” and “dang, three months until I can get an appointment at the service center”?
