My climate control scheduling does not always work. For example, I scheduled it to be warmed up by 9:30 AM Sunday morning. At 9:30 AM, it was cold and not on. I have double checked everything that I can think of. From what I can tell, the scheduling works if I am not plugged in (eg it works when I schedule it for my drive home from work) but it does not work when I am plugged in (eg it doesn't work in the morning when I am leaving for work). Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, same issue. I have the truck scheduled for 6am preconditioning each day and it hasn’t worked once.

Mine worked a few times (schedule has truck ready to go at 0530 M-F and to draw power from charger). It worked 2-3 times and hasn’t worked since…. What does work is just manually setting the climate via my app when I wake at 0500…which is fine…it’s just annoying that scheduling is “here” but doesn’t work.

My schedule won’t work plugged in or not. It is scheduled for 6:30 am and I have tried everything I can think of to no avail.

I think mine has also stopped working completely. My truck was in a service center last week for another problem, and I asked them to look at this. They basically said they can't fix it right now. Very annoying.

Mine is somewhat random too. I think I'm seeing a pattern that it does work if charging has ended somewhat close to when it is scheduled to heat up. It seems like maybe a "waking up" issue.

I will also say that scheduling the charge to end pretty close to our departure time and only heating the cabin for 5-10 mins before we leave (instead of an hour like the truck wants to) seems to have the same affect in terms of comfort and battery conditioning/ efficiency.

That's interesting. My charging has always finished hours (probably around midnight) before I have it set to be conditioned at 6:00-7:00 AM, so that's possible. Maybe I'll try to schedule my charging to test this.

Whenever I realize it's not working and I have to turn on the cabin heat manually, I get the "waking vehicle" notice.

Mine has never worked either. I think I saw the next update addresses us (not so) “rare” instances

Just became the victim of this. Suppose to be ready at 8:10am and I’m sitting in the truck awaiting the defrost
