Strange issue with the connect+ trial.
I recently purchased a used 2023 R1T and when Rivian completed the transfer on the vehicle the connect+ trial stopped working.
It says the trial is active until October in the connect menu but all the features give me a message that says I need to subscribe.
I’ve been back and forth with Rivian on this for 3 days now restarting the software several times.
Has anyone else experienced this and successfully resolved?
