Connect+ trial not working

Strange issue with the connect+ trial.

I recently purchased a used 2023 R1T and when Rivian completed the transfer on the vehicle the connect+ trial stopped working.

It says the trial is active until October in the connect menu but all the features give me a message that says I need to subscribe.

I’ve been back and forth with Rivian on this for 3 days now restarting the software several times.

Has anyone else experienced this and successfully resolved?

Yep, I opened a support ticket with service on October 20tjbfor that exact same reason.

I had to talk to lots of people to explain the timeline. Yesterday I came up with my best hypothesis.
When I did the update it was during the ownership transfer. At the time the car was assigned to "Pending". Noty account, not the previous owner account...

After I gave them all these info. They discovered that a bunch of other vehicles were experiencing this exact same issue under the same circumstances.
Yesterday at night it was fixed. I expect your situation is also fixed and all the other now owners that purchased their Rivian used too.
