I am wondering whether a 3-ton jack would be enough to lift the R1S or R1T for the purposes of changing a wheel? Or if combined with the provided jack - rotate the wheels/tires (2 wheels at a time)?

I know a 3-ton jack max lift is 6000lbs. And the R1T (heavier of the 2) is 7100lbs. But I was under the, maybe wrong, impression that the jack is not lifting all of the weight as long as 3 of the wheels are still on the ground (or w/ another jack and 2 wheels on the ground). Is that correct or wrong?

I have used my low profile 3T HF floor jack with no issues, as you are not lifting all the weight of the vehicle

that being said
My bottle jack for my roadside kit is like a 12T because that was on sale and only 5 bucks more than a 3 ton at the time
