Costco left me a gift after installing new tires

Oh man, I would have not let that happened knowing these vehicles need the pucks. Would have walked out there and watched them put the pucks on or no go....especially since most of the kids working there have no clue!

I'm sitting at Discount Tire right now waiting for 4 new tires to be installed. I hope they know what they're doing.

they had to replace 3 of the 4 underbody panels, for not using the pucks in the right spots, so....NOPE, you cannot trust that they 100% all know what they are doing, it's up to each individual store to train their techs, and obviously they don't do the proper training at all stores

After all of the complaints people have about tire places, we FINALLY have proof that Costco used pucks!

I just pity the next Rivian to go there as they have to lift it using only 3 pucks...The manager will probably do something to thank you when you return it to them, even if it's just one of their famous $1.50 hot dogs and a drink.

Except that ....now they don't

Everything was ok except they had left the little plastic plug cover hanging on the front passenger side. I snapped it back in place.
I have the 21 inch wheels so options are very limited. I went with the Michelins.

At least you know they actually use pucks. Took mine to Discount Tire and they said they have pucks but they neither had the right ones nor used them when they jacked my truck up. They simply lifted it up on the plastic body panels and damaged all of them.

That's unfortunate. I got new tires on mine a couple weeks ago, and I told them I have pucks ready to go in the passenger seat. Guy told me not to worry, as they have the correct ones in stock, and also said they'd put me in the first bay so I could watch them load the car.
