Anyone run into this yet? Have tried a soft reset and signed out, but still getting a “couldn’t connect to Alexa” error. Is the service down?

And, rather anticlimactic… resolved after driving around for 30 minutes…

I’ve seen that once, rebooted infotainment (hold the outside left and right steering wheel buttons for a few seconds follow instructions), seemed to resolve mine.

Yeah, I tried that. Then tried signing out of Alexa, and it still would t collect (or let me sign in, lol). Was thinking maybe Rivian was having an issue with their Amazon cloud link.

Mine died this week too. The infotainment reboot didn't solve the issue --- but, related/unrelated, as soon as I enabled the vehicle hotspot, Alexa was suddenly 'accessible' again and I simply needed to sign in. Whatever...
