Hi, hopefully an easy one. I guarantee it has been asked but didn’t find via search. My regular charging limit is 70%, but I just sent a Trip Plan to the R1S for 8am tomorrow morning with an 85% departure range. Does the departure range override the regular 70% charging limit? My assumption is the vehicle will start to go from 70% to 85% as the 8am departure time approaches.

I would change it to 85% to be safe for that trip and test it another day when you don’t need it.

I would imagine it does not change it automatically. I certainly wouldn't test it out the night before an important trip. It's not going to hurt the truck to charge for 85% overnight.

I will charge it tonight. I guess I thought I read how setting the departure time can influence the vehicles behavior in some ways. Example was during cold weather doesn’t the vehicle warm the batteries before departure time? I thought battery charging might work the same way, but seems like that may not be the case.
