I just hate how subjective that must be, given the FACT that there's no way they're measuring or considering 'what' the actual acceleration is and 'what' is reasonable...

Next they're going to add penalties for the jerk!

Sweet, so it's completely subjective and another code violation that the Staties will probably be able to use against us.

Fortunately, as you pointed out, it doesn't seem verily enforced. It's probably just a 'catchall' for 'I saw this guy driving like a jack@$$ and want to get him for something.'

I wonder about the "Test of Physical Endurance". Is that like a movie in San Francisco where you launch the car in the air over a hill? Or flooring the accelerator in first gear until the engine blows up? ?
