Bought a used set of wheels and tires from a friend and had them powdercoated. Everything was pretty straight forward, except I'm having trouble getting the center caps to fit. Not sure if the 20" and 22" caps are different sizes. I have dark 22" black caps and they will not go in without possibly breaking them, so I' ordered a blank set from Amazon to test it out.

Hi All,

I recently purchased a R1T in El Cap Granite, and took it immediately to get wrapped. I went with full Xpel Stealth PPF, Black gloss vinyl on the bumpers, mirrors, and handles etc. Also window tint and smoked tint on the lights. I'm obsessed with the results! Sharing some pictures. It was a bit cloudy, so I will share some better photos when I can.

(Note: I can't take credit for the design - I saw a R1T vehicle on youtube with similar wrap and asked my local custom installer to replicate. Not sorry I did though!)

Figured I should pop in and say hi. Been lurking for a few months before taking delivery of likely the last new 2023 R1T in late June. Max pack, performance dual, off-road package. Dealing with the typical QC issues, but it’s such a good vehicle overall it’s hard to be angry when Rivian has been so responsive. Just slightly annoyed waiting for that darn powered tonneau cover, lol.

Been a car geek forever and used to build high performance intake and exhaust parts for euro/JDM street and race cars, so basically none of my specific skills are useful on this beast…

That said, I had to do some mods, but it’s so well designed the list was pretty short:
Debadged, because of course. Black Rhino wheels, also because of course. MPP lift +4 front, +2 rear. Full PPF. Front drv, pass, and roof tint. Yellow fog film. AO Photochromic PPF over all lights (it’s pretty subtle). DCE sill guards installed and sliders on order. Besides getting or building a gear tunnel slider kitchen at some point, that’s pretty much it.

Super nice look! I have a '24 LA Silver with similar treatment, and stealth PPF. . . also a nice look.
