Elevation audio sounds flat after 2023.50.01 OTA Update?

Has anyone noticed a change to their audio system after the .50 update? I didn’t see any mention in the release notes about changes to the stereo. I upgraded from .46.

My Elevation system sounds flat now even though the EQ settings remain unchanged. Also, the Enhanced 3D setting is much less pronounce, little to no difference toggling btw Enhanced and On. My Dynamic Audio setting remained unchanged, set on low.

So does Meridian. It’s been driving me crazy!

Try the Infotainment reset…. Hopefully, that fixes yours as well.

Press and hold the 2 other steering wheel buttons until reset is initiated.

This happened to my T after a hard reset. I haven't tried infotainment reset yet.

Seems like half the speakers aren't working.

Funny how on Reddit some folks are claiming OTA made theirs sound better, when there’s nothing in the update to do with audio. Just like phones and tablets, sometimes cached software preferences get messed up, requiring reboot. You tell them and they get all bent, clinging to their conspiracy theories.

My R1S with the Rivian stereo had this bad-sound problem after 50.01. A soft reset fixed it.

I have the Meridian system and haven't noticed that but did notice some distortion from the overhead speakers for the first time in the 10 months since delivery.

I have the Meridian Audio system and has noticed a major dip in my volume levels. I play music through the built in Spotify App and it's been much worse since updating from .46 to .50

Soft reset is your friend.

I thought I was crazy. Thunderstruck sounded like an entire track was missing. It's one of those tunes you know so well that it sounds so weird if something is off.
Heading off to reset. Gonna play it back to back pre and post reset.
