I appreciate the feedback on your experience. I tend to lean towards companies that appreciate their customers and provide a great experience. As of this post … still not a peep from them. Makes the decision for future purchases crystal clear for me. Once I get home from work I’ll be starting the dispute of charges with the bank and contacting the BBB.
You haven't @'d them... and it's only been a day... How would they even know that you were talking about them on a site they don't own, operate, or moderate? Do you want them to continually monitor all 35k+ threads every day just to answer your complaint in your arbitrarily assigned time frame? Please be reasonable.

EV Sportline made me uncomfortable because they are unconventional. Once you get over that, they are awesome. 100% are taking care of any issue I had and actually had interest in making things right. I will never not try to order from EV Sportline first. They get first shot at any accessories or things that I need for the truck.

Have you tried picking up the phone and calling? Maybe I'm just old but I personally always avoid email when I want a timely or useful reply. Ive called them personally 4-5 times over the year and every single time they have answered and helped resolve the questions. Sorry you haven't had a good experience.

If I had the time to sit on hold, I would. However, I took the email route as it is offered by the company as a method of contact with Support.

No disrespect towards you, but you've joined the party late. My question to the forum was, are they still in business. I ask because the charged my credit card for the full purchase, did not ship nor communicate in 10 days, then failed to respond to Support email requests. I changed the title from 'are they still in operation' to the current title based on another member's constructive feedback so as not to mislead others. I do see how you arrived at your thoughts - and thank you. However, reasonable left after a week and no responses.

Not late to the party, but I now see how your post was geared more towards the entire experience, vice just this thread. I would still @ them here, and give them a chance to do right by you.

Why the need to contact BBB? They haven't stolen your money yet. Give them time to sort out their orders and ship. You won't be disappointed with their after-sales service as I have never been for the last three years being their customer.

So... you have the time to email them, post a thread about it, respond to multiple comments, file a credit card chargeback, and submit a BBB complaint.... but you dont have the time to call? Is that right?
