He doesn't seem to be rivian employee, he seems to be a contractor from a lift company. He probably is just going to train from rivian employees.

I guess you have never taken a break a work? Or your workplace is so efficient you have never had to wait 3 minutes for someone else to get something.

No worries, sometimes tone/sarcasm doesn't come through the computer well, could be whoever types the message, or whoever reads the message, and whatever they read just prior to reading that. A lot of people are frustrated about the delays, and that's how I read it.
