The classic plate will stay as a separate product. This replaces too many pieces to be a replacement for that. We are calling this our Premium Plate.

It looks like it has a higher sheen vs surrounding wood, if so is it possible to get in more of a matte?

Since I guessed it was Mount Rainer, do win a spot on the first run?

This looks great. I’m noticing it looks sunken in and not flush with the original trim is there a way to raise it to be flush?

What would it take to make it flush with the bezels on the side, so it doesn’t look kinda sunken?

Would we just need to shim a bracket on the bottom or something, to raise it up during our installation of this plate?

Yeah. Tried a matte. Most likely due to my ability to stain it came out shinier than I wanted. But I will say these pictures over exaggerate the sheen.

The design purposefully goes underneath the wood. There are many variances between the trucks and this design gives the best clean look. If you see it in person it feels like its OEM. Even those that were "team flush", including Wrinks the other half of s00nish, love the look of this. As for a shim for the bracket? The base is designed to let this sit flush with the bottom of the existing wood.

I meant to make the the install video this past weekend, but the staining took longer than I expected. I hope to get that out to all of you in a few days.
