That *PR release* almost makes it sound like EA is a few “charge angels” away from being awesome.

"Charge Angels" without a network of people to service broken units, and an inventory of available replacement parts, don't mean $hit.

I have had good luck with Electrify America since I got my first CCS compatible car in 2019. But, with more and more non-Tesla EV's rolling out and being dependent on EA, I see my luck running out since pretty much every EA location I visit has at least one non-functioning cabinet.

The bigger change should be the new generation equipment they are installing. They just did one in Chantilly, VA that would be interesting for someone on here to check out. Not that one visit will conclusively tell us anything. I think it's from BTC Power or something like that, instead of ABB/Signet.

Plug share already exists, so EA can easily check that. There are quite a few stations I check from time to time that have had at least 2 non functioning chargers for the past month.
